At the end of the rental period, returns must be done in person, to ensure that the dress check up is done as professionally as possible with a Prête-à-Prêter employee. Voilà!

We understand that every situation is different. Depending on your needs, the rental period will be stated in your contract. It can be from 1 to 4 days.
Please note that a late fee of 25$ per day will be applied if the dress is not returned on the specified day of return. Voilà!

We offer basic temporary alterations!

Good news! Prête-à-Prêter takes care of the dryclean.
However, please note that as stated in your contract, the dress must be returned in its original state. If the dress is damaged in any way, the repair or extra cleaning costs will be charged to the credit card used for the rental.
